LINES OF AUTHORITY: This position is supervised by the Operations Director. This position supervises the Administrative Support Assistants.
POSITION SUMMARY: The purpose of this position is to direct and monitor customer service function in outpatient clinics.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Monitors operation and maintenance of offices, facility and equipment, and coordinates with the Facilities Manager, Manager of Information Systems and the Clinical Site Supervisors to address issues and improve work environmental conditions.
2. Responsible for the oversight of cash procedures ensuring cash receipts are prepared correctly and change fund is used and reconciled as required by policy.
3. Supervises front office staff and CNA/MA's which includes coordinating and prioritizing work activities, training direct reports, and evaluating employee performance. Provides customer service to internal and external customers.
4. Participates in the Performance Improvement Processes in the Clinic.
5. Travel among all sites on an as needed basis.
6. The employee must work well under pressure meeting multiple and sometimes conflicting deadlines, and the employee shall, at all times, demonstrate cooperative behavior with colleagues and supervisors.
7. Resolves complaints and answers questions of customers regarding services at Mohave Mental Health Clinics.
8. Recommending, hiring and discharging of Administrative Support Assistants.
9. Communicates with other departments and management to resolve conflict, improve processes and expedite work.
10. Plans and prepares work schedules, according to workloads.
11. Performs other duties as assigned.
