POSITION SUMMARY: The BHT may provide multiple services to clients and families, including, but not limited to Child and Family Team/Adult and Family Team facilitation, Case Management, Life Skills Training, Family Support, Vocational, and Health Education. The BHT is credentialed to complete assessments and has completed the Child and Family Team Facilitator credentialing process, as relevant. The BHT may be assigned as a Managing Clinician to enrolled members on their caseload. Services are provided under the direct clinical oversight of a Behavioral Health Professional.

The Outpatient Nursing/Medical Assistant will perform duties within his/her scope of practice. The position's responsibility includes, but is not limited to, obtaining vital signs, specimens, charting, filing, providing clerical support, stocking supplies.
