Individuals in this position must be persons or family members who are or have been consumers of the behavioral health system. They will function as part of the ACT team and assist clients in achieving optimal independence in the community through supportive service provision. The position requires a high level of flexibility in serving high-needs clients in both office and community settings. This position will be expected to maintain an acceptable level of service provision as measured by billable hours/service value.
POSITION SUMMARY: The primary function of this position is to provide enrolled clients of Mohave Mental Health Clinic, Inc.'s Outpatient Clinic with outpatient injections and to draw labs as ordered by MMHC Licensed Medical Practitioner(s), physician assistants and nurse practitioners. In addition, the RN is responsible for maintaining the correct count of all sample and indigent medications at their assigned site. This responsibility includes, but is not limited to, stocking, coding and dating said medications and pulling all outdated medications at their site, and forwarding for proper disposal.
